Stopped working? Do you mean like you just tried to get on and it said new features coming? It does that often, the Moderators and Admins are working on it. It's been an issue for months now and me and a couple others have been talking with people about it.

Actually in reality, the thing your talking about is just a placeholder for when the server goes down, or when their in the process of resetting it.
And it goes down a lot.

Just be patient. Its either because the site is running slow or they are working on the website.
