Use graph paper and a straightedge to draw the figure. The set of points (–1, 2), (5, 2), (5, –4), and (–1, –4) identifies the vertices of a quadrilateral. Which is the most specific description of the figure the points form? A. parallelogram B. square C. rectangle D. trapezoid
it's a square. if you'd like to know how to do it let me know
Thank you so much! yes I would like for you to help me do it.
The points are (x,y) coordinates. (-1,2) means that there is a point where x = -1 and y = 2, which was drawn and marked #1 on the graph. Same was done for all. It is not to scale, but by seeing that all sides equal the same, we know it's a square and not a rectangle. Hope it helps |dw:1367343195898:dw|
didn't mark it #1 my bad. but it's the circle in the top left "quadrant"
oh okay! Thank You! you were so much help! I gave you a medal! :)
