i think every school should switch to hogwarts uniforms. what's wrong with uniforms? they help take a bit of the focus away from outward appearance and status symbols, so people can concentrate a little better on more important things--you know, like school.

First im a girl. Seconf uniforms are a horrible idea. Parents teach their kids to be individual, to be your self and have your own style. And yet schools want to give out uniforms. Their is nothing good about uniforms. I dont go to some private school with a bunch of stuck up rick kids. I go to Tarpon Springs high school. Our school is different. I just would appreciate someone writing me up a good essay on why students should NOT get uniforms to sent to the school board.

And no they don't take away from "out ward appearance" wearing polos to school will NOT help kids concentrate on school work. Instead kids will die their hair, add more piercing and tattoos. Or drop out of school completely since they cant be their self's at school. If a student is doing bad in school it is either because they dislike the teacher or they are not good in the subject. Not because they are wearing a dress or pants.

I'm not looking for a paper to turn into my teacher for a grade. I'm simply asking for an essay to send to the School Board of Education on why students shouldn't wear uniforms.This can also help every public school for getting uniforms. Honestly if your not going to help then get off and stop commenting. I simply asked if someone could write me something up.

And uniforms are a lot better. Like someone previously said, it makes you forget about class differences and status symbols, and focus on education. Atleast clothing won't be grounds for bullying if everyone's wearing uniforms. And frankly, uniforms just look better.

If you're so passionate about not having uniforms, YOU should be the one writing the essay. Asking someone else to write it for you just shows how little you actually care about it.
