I have trouble sleeping...it's a real problem...i need help XD

I have trouble sleeping from time to time, mainly due to stress. I take 5HTP for it as it increase my mood and hormones to help me sleep better. Definitely worth investigating further. Also Valerian tablets help a bunch too. Non meds solutions also include getting out of bed when you can't sleep and reading or doing something that doesn't engage your brain so much that it wake it back up again. So no games or surfing the web. Listening to music to relax also helps you bring your mind to a more quiet and balanced place. When your mental processes are focussing on stress, worrying thoughts or just active thoughts this can deter sleep.
