Yes, I love the fashion they had. Technology wasn't big but that's okay. It was fun times for a lot of people.

The fashion was really cool, like the poodle skirts and what not. But if you look back doesn't everyone dress the same? There was like no individuality. Almost all the girls wore poodle skirts.

The 50's would have been my favorite. This was kind of the big boom for tv sales so that was new. Frank Sinatra was very popular, Marilyn Monroe was in her prime, and yes, it is dipicted as a uniform of dresses and pearls and skirts because that was the most popular. Such as the 80's are known for neon and leg warmers and the 70's for no bras and tie die.

Also i love the 50's ads. About skinny girls trying to "gain weight fast" to look good in their bathing suits. Nowadays everyone wants to be paper thin but back then girls with voluptuous curves were what everyone wanted. Which is why i for one, would love to go back. Keep in mind that Marilyn Monroe set the bar as a major sex symbol and some are very surprised to hear that she was likely a size 12 or 14
