if the coin is tossed once, find the probability that the number shown will be greater than .55
if the coin is tossed twice, find the (exact) probability that the average of the two numbers shown will be greater tha 0.55
so for your first q: what is the probablity of number being >.55 being tossed once. : well if you toss it once and 80% you'll get .4, then that means 20% of the time you'll get .9 which is > .55
