Ok so the change in y is -5. It means that the value of y has reduced. Like..4-9 = -5. so line moves from y = 9 to y = 4; so u go 5 steps DOWN Change in x is 10. i.e. like 15-5 = 10, so x moves forward to the right. so u move 10 steps RIGHT Ans - C
