MATH HELP!!! in a fraction if the denominator is a big number does it mean that it is smaller or bigger?

for example: The school handyman measured the space needed for a new computer monitor in the science room at inches. Which of these measures is NOT more precise? 20 1/2 20 7/8 20 15/16 20 21/32 PLEASEEEE HELPPP MEEE!!

The number become lower as you say... A way to remember could be to hold the numerator constant and then just let the denominator increase and we then see: 1/2 > 1/3 > 1/4 > 1/5 and so on....
