I am writing a paper APA style and I am wondering if I have to cite the achievement test I used as part of my supporting data
If you're the CREATOR of the achievement text, I'd suggest it goes in the appendix. If not, just cite it. But essentially, yes, I'm pretty sure you've got to cite it.
It is data from a Stanford achievement test. As a citation how should it be cited?
Hi! I'll add my two cents... If you're citing a question from or text on the standardized test, you need to identify the test in your introductory phrase in your paragraph or sentence. You do not need to cite the test in your list of works cited. If you're citing information about a test from a website hosted by the people that issue the test, then you need to use APA style's website citation style. I hope this helps!
