I'm doing a poll for my English alternative class and I was wondering if you would tell me your opinion: Do you believe that gay people should have the right too marriage ? A.Yes I strongly agree B.I somewhat agree C.I strongly oppose D.I somewhat oppose And please state why

C.) I believe tht marriage is made for a man and women. "God made Adam and Eve NOT Adam and Steve".

Whenever the Bible mentions marriage, it is between a male and a female. The first mention of marriage, Genesis 2:24, describes it as a man leaving his parents and being united to his wife. The Bible condemns homosexuality as an immoral and unnatural sin. Leviticus 18:22 identifies homosexual sex as an abomination, a detestable sin. Romans 1:26-27 declares homosexual desires and actions to be shameful, unnatural, lustful, and indecent. First Corinthians 6:9 states that homosexuals are unrighteous and will not inherit the kingdom of God. Since both homosexual desires and actions are condemned in the Bible, it is clear that homosexuals “marrying” is not God’s will, and would be, in fact, sinful.

i completely agree with @e.cociuba !! God made marriage between a man and a woman. Like the bible says: Leviticus 18:22, You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination. Being gay is in fact a sin! Having gays in the world is an obstacle..a test! He still loves you. But people need to realize it's wrong!

Change my mind? No honey, that's never going to happen. The only person who needs to change there beliefs is you. You cannot call yourself a Christian and be a supporter of Same Sex Marriages. It is against the word of God to support any homosexual agenda. The bible says it is sin period (and if you read ur bible u would know that).

The bible was proven to be true, yet so many still refuse to believe. One day the arms of Jesus will be closed and the gates of heaven will shut. So many don't not even realize it but, this world is so corrupt and darkened by sin that many don't even realize what sin is anymore. You said that being gay is not a sin, well honey if you read the bible you would realize that it's one of the most largest sin that this world created! You just told me that I need to change my belief, but I think the only one here who has to do the rethinking in this is you. If you really knew the true meaning of sin and read your bible that would be all the proof given.As a christian I believe that living my faith and teaching my faith to others is my duty. That is my purpose on this earth. If your upset with this than be, but I at least would have got a message out to you :) It is clear. The same sex marriage agenda is against God, and is SIN, and that my friend is the bottom-line because the Word of Our Most Holy God says so.

Thanks for allowing me to share my beliefs, but I know in my heart that rethinking my belifes on gay rights is not an option. It clearly states in the bible that people who practice these kinds of things will not inhabit the kingdom of heaven. I stand true to this.
