4 1/3 plus 8 1/4
hi please help
\(4+8=12\) adn \(\frac{1}{3}+\frac{1}{4}=\frac{7}{12}\)
\[4\frac{ 1 }{ 3 }+8\frac{ 1 }{ 4}= \frac{ 13 }{ 3 }+\frac{ 33 }{ 4 }=\frac{ 52+99 }{ 12 }=\frac{ 151}{ 12 }\]
so answer is \[12\tfrac{7}{12}\]
@satellite73 thx for new idea:)
btw i hope it is clear how to add \[\frac{1}{3}+\frac{1}{4}=\frac{3+4}{3\times 4}=\frac{7}{12}\]
that is not my answer k= 4 k= 4k= 12 k= 13 it has to be one of these
there is no \(k\) in your question
true
mabye write whole quastion
sorry i am doing equstions
looked like \[4\tfrac{1}{3}+8\tfrac{1}{4}\] adding two mixed numbers
What is the solution to the equation k - 4 = 8? k= 4 k= 4k= 12 k= 13 Question #4MultipleChoice Score: If 5 is subtracted from a number, the result is 5. What is the number? 1050-5 Question #5MultipleChoice Score: What is the solution to the equation x - 12 = 36? x= -3x= 24x= 36x= 48 Question #6MultipleChoice Score: What is the solution to the equation x - 4 = 24? x= 28x= 20x= -6x= -2 Question #7MultipleChoice Score: For which equation would x = 12 be a solution? x- 12 = 12x- 5 = 7x- 14 = 2x- 24 = 12 Question #8MultipleChoice Score: What number should be added to both sides of the following equation to solve for x? x - 7 = 4 34711
just the first one i answered the rest
hat is the solution to the equation k - 4 = 8? k-4=8 k=8+4=12?
answers don't make sense, but if \(k-4=8\) then \(k=12\)
okey i am opening a new question just what okey
