Helpp y-4=0(x-0)

what are we trying to do here?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Simplify the equation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay, so if you expand the right side of the equation, you know that if you multiply 0 with anything, it becomes 0... so y-4 = 0(x-0) is equal to y-4 = 0 adding 4 to both sides, we get y = 4
