My argue point is that your questions are off topic, i don't want to block anyone except if they are being too rude. You can chat on OS and see their reaction. Do you know where is chat?
I once blocked a person and never saw him/her since then. I don't know, it's like they vanish from your sight.

@blaber666 the idea of the site is very good, but the site itself is poorly made.
It's very slow and times when many people are online and loads way too many unnecessary scripts.
