To answer questions and help users, well you could do this anywhere on this site. Thus the site is meant for helping others.

There's some chatboxes on the bottom of the page. Use that for general discussion...
And here, on this part of the site, you can go to any subject (find more subjects on the top of the page) and there, you can discuss, answer, collaborate and ask questions... and win medals, therefore, improving your SmartScore...

and thus you can get a certificate with your SmartScore that will credit your course; as far as I understand...
