Has anyone solved Q3 for data Idss=0.003A,Vp=1.5V,R=750,vs=3V??..plz help

Use this formula for vD Calculation, (vD-Vs)/R+Idss ( 2 * (vD/Vp) - (vD/Vp)^2 )=0 iD = Idss ( 2 * (vD/Vp) - (vD/Vp)^2 )

vD = 1V iD = 0.002667A VS = 3.75V
