Basically 1. \(P \rightarrow Q\) 2. \(Q \rightarrow R\) therefore \(P \rightarrow R\) P = exercise often Q = healthy body R = more energy if you exercise often, then you have a healthy body (\(P \rightarrow Q\)) if you have a healthy body, then you have more energy (\(Q \rightarrow R\)) therefore if you exercise often, then you have more energy \((P \rightarrow R)\)
