can someone help me with confeverting angle from radians to degrees
to convert from radians to degrees, just multiply the angle by 180/\(\pi\) like 2pi/3 radians = 2pi/3 * 180/pi = 2*180/3 = 120 degrees.
do you have any specificangle in radians you want to convert in degrees ?
YES!!!! 225 degrees and 150 degrees 135 degrees 315 degrees
those are angles in degrees, do you want to convert them into radians ?
yes
ok, then to convert from radians to degrees, just multiply the angle by π/180 like i will do 150 degrees for you, you do other 3 150 degrees = 150* π/180 = (150/180)π = 5π/6 radians got this ?
kinda
***to convert from degree to radians ok, then you try for 225 degrees.
225*π/180 =... ?
all i get is 3.926990817
yes, but don't you want the answer in terms of pi ? if not then 3.927 radians is absolutely correct for 225 degrees :)
yes i do want it in pi
so, just reduce 225/180 then append pi in the end
how do you do that on a texas instrument ti-83 plus
sorry, i don't have that. but i don't think you even need a calculator for this.
ok give me a second
sure, take your time :)
5/4?
good! :) so, 225 degrees = 5pi/4 radians .
thx
i hope you can do other 2 ?
