Well, there are various methods one could try. For example, a line between two points to act as hypotenuse and create a right triangle. However, I was mistaken in this case. I kept coming up with a wrong answer because I wrote the problem down wrong. Thank you for the prompt reply, but I've got it now.

Fair enough. However, the farther in math I find myself the less I seem to be remembering simple formulas. I can't remember the last time I did long division, and some extremely simple formula are slipping away as I'm buried in calculus.
