Capacitor circuit formation help

This is the question. http://prntscr.com/13nebl I numbered the plates and I know here will be 5 capacitors in all
|dw:1367826835826:dw| this is what I did till now,i connected all the wires with the same potential but I don't know how to complete the circuit,im mostly confused at the ending part,I have to connect the 5th capacitor with the same potential wire with the 3rd one,which one do i connect with? there are 2 of them,one above and one below..
