What additional premiums need to be incorporated when valuing emerging markets? Apart from an additional equity risk premium, does country risk, liquidity risk etc need to be added. Also, if valuing these firms, with the additional risk premiums due to emerging countries, the DCF analysis is going to show a discount in share price regardless right? Thank you for your help!
