It's a parabola opening `upward`. So it will increase towards positive infinity. But where is the vertex located? The smallest value y can take? Well it's normally at y=0, but our function has been shifted `downward 7 units`. So our smallest y value is -7, which no boundary on the upper. Yes, good job ninja girl! c:
