factor: 7x=-11x^2-1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

bring your 7x over so the equation equals zero 0=-11x^2-7x-1 (_x +/- _)*(_x +/- _)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea i tried that but idk what to do after that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

7x=-11x^2-1 -11x^2-7x -1 = 0 divide through by 'a' -1 11x^2 + 7x + 1 = 0 from here I'm not quite sure, but I think that you should be able to use the quadratic formula to find the roots. then you could do (x-__)(x-__)
