You actually wouldn't use l'Hopitals, you can divide every term by x so it will be \[\lim_{x \rightarrow \infty} \frac{ \frac{ \pi*x }{ x } }{ \frac{ -3x }{ x }+\frac{ 2 }{ x } } =\lim_{x \rightarrow \infty} \frac{ \pi }{ -3 + \frac{ 2 }{ x } } \]
