What is true about genetic material in prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells? -Eukaryotic cells have short strands of DNA, while prokaryotic cells have long tangled strands of DNA. -Prokaryotic cells have single strands of DNA, and eukaryotic cells have multiple chromosomes. -Eukaryotic cells have 23 chromosomes, while prokaryotic cells have more. -Prokaryotic cells have DNA contained within a nucleus, while eukaryotic cells do not have a nucleus. ????????

OpenStudy (agreene):

-Prokaryotic cells have DNA contained within a nucleus, while eukaryotic cells do not have a nucleus. They have the same duplexed DNA, or at least we assume they do. The number of chromosomes is dependent on the specific cell origins, so we can ignore that one too.
