Well this was a big deal. They did not really want more housing but they did want the shock factor. When alcatraz was closed they shiped over to it and claimed it by right of "discovery". They did that multiple times until they coast guard got fed up and removed them. They then did it again and proclaimed that the united states had done wrong to the indians. They said they had unlawfully taken their land and been unfair. So that being said the answer is B.
