I'm dual enrolled into senior high school and college. Because I am a candidate for a scholarship I need to maintain my high GPA. I was thinking of taking General Biology I, however, I am told it is a tough class. I wonder if I take Concepts of Biology with Lab, would that prepare me for General Biology or should I just go straight into GBio?

OpenStudy (aaronq):

this is more of a personal question, i don't know your syllabus and how hard things are and how much you can handle. You should look into what the courses are based on and compare them. Also, if you're so worried, read ahead. You definitely should talk to your school councillor about this.

I agree with @aaronq , it would depend on how "hard" the class is, and how hard your other classes are going to be. Also, I would look in to which classes actually count towards your desired degree. Most of the dual enrolled classes I took in high school just transferred as general electives and not actually helping me get my degrees.
