Piece of cake... You know that BOC is 42 degrees, so BOA must be half that, or 21 degrees. Since AB is tangent to circle O, then ABO must be 90 degrees. 180 - 90 - 21 = 69, so BAO has to be 69 degrees. Since BAO is 69, then so is CAO, and so BAC has to be 138 degrees.
