You could start by google searching "What countries are U.S. citizens not allowed to visit and why?" I don't think it's okay for someone just to do the whole project for you. We can help you with research though :)

Im not sure what countries americans aren't allowed to visit. Im pretty sure you can find the countries American aren't allowed to visit on google and then look up each individual country on why we aren't allowed to

This link gives a list of countries where it would be dangerous for an American to spend a long period of time in [ http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/tw/tw_1764.html ]. I do keep reading that an American citizen isn't allowed to visit Cuba, but i've known American's who have.
