Would I get accreditation for this MIT Graduate Biochemistry course? And i'm guessing there are no costs.

Probably not. MIT Open Course Ware is basically an archive of MIT class materials, not a sit down, graded class administered or given by anyone. Or recognised by anyone. All you get is what you learn.

No you would not get credit from MIT per se, but you'd be in a better position to ace the same class for which you are actually registered. Not only is it amazing practice - but learning is NEVER A WASTE!!!

No, but you can do some courses on edX, they can offer certification. Coursera is a good option too. https://www.edx.org/ https://www.coursera.org/

better get a hands-on course. face-to-face lecture or online then physical lab work. to me the, lab work is more important than the lecture.
