I have this plasmid: https://www.edx.org/static/content-mit-7012x~2013_Spring/images/PSet5/plasmids_GFP-02.png What would actually happen during DNA transcription? Will the DNA transcriptase randomly pick one promoter then ignore the other one that would be sitting in the middle, or will the transcription stop when they see another promoter?
