Compare and contrast radio waves and X–rays. Describe two ways that they are alike and two ways that they are different. I know how they are different, x-rays can penetrate and radio waves give out signals, x-rays also have higher frequencies. How are the alike? I seem to have forgotten.

This is quite ambiguous. Including the above suggestions, you could also say they are both the particle manifestations of quantized energy. Or you could say they both obey E(lambda)=hc. Or you could look up why xrays travel through some substances, like skin and muscle but not bone, and explain how xrays and radio waves are both transparent to skin and muscle.
