Question

Ok, so I have my tok presentation due. And I went and spoke to me teacher to get some tips as to what I could talk about, and once I told him my Knowledge Issue he trashed the whole bloody thing. So guys, I'm asking you to help me, by giving me ideas about what I could talk about; perspectives for an argument. For both sides, please :) So, here's my knowledge issue:

How does language and its proficiency to the speaker affect the intentions and meaning of the speaker, and does it thereby alter our perspective of that speaker?
