Okay, I did some hunting around and I actually think that the last answer, (D) Jerrilyn Jacobs is a teaching expert, is right.

Zlata Filipovic wrote a diary describing her life in Sarajevo when war broke out. Jacobs is a teacher who is using her skills to promote an understanding of media events to students using the "new media" of today, like the internet.
