A ratio is a fraction. 1:3 is the same as 1/3 Your current picture is 1/3 the size that you want. That means all the dimensions are 1/3 the size that you want. If "5" is 1/3 the size that you want, then what is the size that you want?

That would make it smaller. You want to go in the other direction.
