$$-x + y + 3x - 8y = - 3 + 9$$ 
$$2x = 7y + 6$$
$$x = (7y + 6) \div 2$$
$$(7y + 6) \div 2 - y = 3$$
$$5y = 0$$
$$y = 0$$

4(3x-5y=8) 12x-20y=32
3(4x-7y=10) 12x-21y=30
subtract y=2 
Sub for y and you get x=6

So it would be (2,6)
