Which explains why the Black Power leaders would criticize the actions taken by the students in the photograph? The students were not using civil disobedience principles. The students were focused on integrating the races. The students were protesting President Johnson's actions in Vietnam. The students believed that there should be separate facilities for the races.
Do not worry, If I could help with you with the Cuban Missile Crisis I can help you with anything, haha The answer is C:The students were protesting President Johnson's actions in Vietnam.
Thank you, can u explain why though?
Shoot, I was wrong, the answer is B. Black Power was a slogan about African Americans. They did not want to be discriminated against, so the African American students saw this as an opportunity. If they could get both races together it would stop and everybody would live happily ever after. NOPE. The black leaders were determined to get some sort of compensation from the white man. The older black leaders were still in the past, while the younger African American crowd was looking into the future. P.S. Not racist.
