If you were artistic, the design of the shoe and how they chose to show it off in the picture might make you want to buy it. They used several colors that popped to draw in the attention of the consumer.

Since it is bright colors it would be about pathos and have an emotional connection. I am not sure what else to say about how it appeals to audience.

My teacher said I need to write 3-5 sentences about it. All I can think of is the pathos because I don't see it using any other commercial things. Ex. logos, pathos, bandwagon, glittering analyse, etc.

You can get 3-5 sentence out of it. If you say that it is appealing to it's audience by using pathos- an emotional appeal. And then you describe how you think it is doing this. That will be 3-5 sentences. No I don't see anything besides that.
