I'm thinking there is insufficient information. The triangle is okay, but the circular part is NOT guaranteed to be a semi-circle. Are there more instructions that tell us it's a semi-circle?

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Second thought, I'm not sure about the triangle, either. Is that line down the middle an "altitude"?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im not sure sorry :( any good educated guess would b okay'

OpenStudy (jack1):

just make some assumptions in your answer: ie assuming the line bisects the triangle and the rounded part is a semicircle... then answer

OpenStudy (jack1):

add the 2 = answer

OpenStudy (jack1):

add area of triangle to area of semicircle 1/2x basex ht + 1/2x pix r^2
