help which equation represents the line passing through the point (4,-16) and is perpendicular to the line y=-2/3x+8

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The slope of the perpendicular line is the negative reciprocal of the line in question. Then use point slope form to find the equation of the perpendicular line.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y=2/3x-22 thats what i got @jonnymiller

OpenStudy (anonymous):

slope should be 3/2 x

OpenStudy (anonymous):
