Np, and I completely agree with your answer. Because the college was basically wiping its 'hands' clean of being responsible for this students death because they claimed he knew what he was getting into when he chose or decided to participate in the hazing event. However, going along with your answer I believe that the college is still has a measure of responsibility in regards to this young man's death because they were aware of this problem and didn't do anything about it.
