Can someone help me with how to cite sources? I don't mean a Works Cited page, I mean at the end of this sentence I'd need to cite my sources:

almost 30% of people with substance abuse have major or clinical depression.

can someone help me?

its a website. I don't know how to do the in-text citation. Do I just do the sentence and then the author? like

or should I do the article title?

Almost 30% of people with substance abuse have major or clinical depression. (Depression Facts)
