what's a good way to write a good thesis

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thesis statements are pretty simple to write, what's your topic? I can probably help more with that.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A good thesis statement has to be brief but also able to attract the attention of the reader. It should include the topic of your essay, your opinion on the topic, and the reasons for your opinion (preferably three reasons). An example of a /bad/ thesis statement would be: Smoking should be prohibited. It's not a good one because it is too vague and isn't against a specific point. A better thesis statement would be: There should be an absolute ban against smoking in public because secondhand smoke endangers the health of non-smokers.

thanks @Ber96 my topic is @absolutezero the difrence betiwn romeo and paris

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ber96 has a lot of good points thee. The difference between Romeo and Paris... I'm not too terribly familiar with Romeo & Juliet, but I'd state a few of the things that you think are differences between the two, and your opinion on how they're different. Just a basic outline could be: Romeo and Paris are very different characters, with [insert differences here], and I feel that they are [your opinion on their difference].

oh ok
