Hello, I'd like to help you take screenshots easier.

Look for your PRT SC button located on your computer. Press it once. Then open Paint and press Control + V (Ctrl V) It should paste the screen. Then, save the picture. All you have to do now is upload it to OpenStudy by clicking: Attach File

As for your question, you want to plug in the values given then solve.
