you can switch to solar power in your home although its costly it still is good for the environment. you can get a smart car, that's not powered on gas. you can simply turn off all the lights and things in your home that you aren't using that use up energy. go outside for a hike instead of playing xbox. that saves electricity. there are tons of things you can do even the little things matter like picking up a cup you see laying in the grass because the large drink cups you can get at mcdonalds that are made out of styrofoam never breaks down because Styrofoam isn't decomposable.
