Find the cost, C, of renting an economy car as a function of the number of x days used, where 7 ≤ x ≤ 14. Graph the function.

if X is greater than 7, then at least one week is used.....if also less than 14, then a max of two weeks is used. That can get rid of the [] and mod functions.
