How do you do the math for this? If you drive 50 miles each week and your car gets 25 miles to the gallon with gas costing $4.00 per gallon, how much gas will you have to buy?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That means only 2 gallons of gas are required, and each gallon of gas is 4 dollars so 4 times 2 is 8, 8 dollars of gas

OpenStudy (anonymous):

2 gallons of gas because one gallon of gas is 25 miles so 50 miles is 2 gallons

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh damn that was simple......ok thanks! :)

Your welcome :D

I guess she probably isn't driving 50miles each week, or just not filling up the tank maybe /me ducks
