Two point charges q1 and q2 are placed .30m apart on the x axis. q1 charge is -3*10^-9 C. A point P is at -.20m with electric field 0 ( q1 at -.10m, q2 at .20m) . What is the magnitude of the electric force on q2?

If it helps the formula used for this is F= q1/r^2 + q2/r^2 force is zero since the negative and positive attract and cancel the field. But what confuses me is what the radius of each particle should be.
