I am wondering how to mark a quote with quotes.
This is how I typed it:
“Teachers Resignation Letter: ‛My profession...no longer exists’.”
The original title (which is actually a letter to a school superintendent that was published by the Washington Post) looks like this:
Teachers Resignation Letter: ‛My profession...no longer exists’

I also have no idea how to make the citation, as there is an introduction from another author:

Thank you. Now how do I cite a letter that has maybe been sent to the press (the Washington Post is not on the list of the author's cc's), and is introduced by a someone else.
