Hello, I'm very newbie and still confuse how to join the course from Electrical Engineering and Computer Science department?

The OCW courses are self-paced. You don't have to sign up. Just watch the lectures, read the readings and do the assignments. you have to be self motivated and ready to try and figure it out yourself. You can ask questions here - sometimes it might take a while for an answer.

When you read the suggested readings, be sure to try out all the examples yourself.
