need help in this : lim t=1 (t-1)/(sqrt(t+3)-2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

top is 0 when t=1 and bottom is 0 when t is 1 too so you do lhospitals rule

OpenStudy (anonymous):

find the derivative of the top and bottom

OpenStudy (anonymous):

derivative of top is just 1 and derivative of bottom is 1/2(t+3)^(-.5)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then plug in 1 for t to find the answer.

i dont think he is allowed to use L hopital i think we can racionalice the denominator that is u must muktiply nyumerator and denominator by (sqrt(t+3) +2)
